Team Comtress 2 Update - June 3, 2026 Beta
- Added the following inactive beta changes back to the beta convar (tf_beta_mode 1):
- Sandman rework
- Wrap Assassin rework
- Flying Guillotine rework
- MvM tank granting random crit chance boost
- Allowing all items to receive metal and ammo from dispenser while active
- Mass use of a teleporter will cause slower recharge rates (tf_beta_teleporter_cooldown, default on)
- Bullet spread shot cooldown rework
- Winger must be fully deployed to receive jump height boost
- Enforcer pierce resistances shot now ignores buff banner crit resist and Sentry Gun damage resist to sapping attacker
- Equalizer damage resist
- Quick Fix can now block points
- Taunting allowed in air
- Medic healer speed rework
- Short Circuit rework
- Minigun spinup/penalty rework
- Shortstop push inheritance
- Diamondback limited to 10 revenge crits
- MvM explosive headshot is now radial bullet damage
- Cow Mangler reload speed penalty added back
- New beta changes:
- Sentry Gun rockets (when not Wranglered) will always pass through teammates
- Fixed a bug where dealing any damage with the cleaver would grant an instant recharge, rather than only on culling
- Increased damage taken when culled with the cleaver
- Added the following cvars to enable more beta changes that are considered even more experimental / unfinished:
